Sixty-eight years ago President Franklin D. Roosevelt delivered this speech. Our nation rallied together and supported our troops who in the end, got the job done. I was not yet born so I do not remember, but I have been told that it was just a shocking and devastating as 9/11. We must not forget.

Baptism

On Sunday, August 2nd I baptized my daughter Cinderella and granddaughter Butterfly. I was most honored and did so in memory of  my grandson, Lolly Pop Kid. We are the thirteenth group in the video. It was a wonderful day. You have to wait a few seconds. But it is worth it.
